چکیده
This paper aims to clarify the relationship between monetary policy shocks and wage inequality. We emphasize relevance of within- between-wage-group inequalities in explaining total inequality USA. Relying on quarterly data for period 2000–2020, our analysis shows that racial disparities explain 12% observed Subsequently, we examine role do not find compelling evidence plays a exacerbating gap. However, there is accommodative magnifying between-group but impact occurs after 2008.
